Quality: My first order came with both right foot . I was amazed on how customer service was great and friendly. I’m now rocking my new pairs they are soft and comfortable. I even used it to walk outside to run a erand and the bottom are thick and sturdy .. I will continue to order these in other colors but I’ll use customer service to order .
