Quality -
My daughter's favorite slippers right now! I got the toddler 9.5-10. Her feet grew not long after getting them so they're a tad bit on the small size, but not to the point it's an issue. I think I could have ordered a size up and she would have been fine even before her feet grew. So I'd go up one size. Even if they're a little big, at least slippers are easy to walk in if they're a little large and they'll last that much longer. Quality is great, so I'm not concerned with wear and tear.
